Scott Willsmore

In 2004, Scott took over JS Build from his father, Jim Willsmore after working for him for almost 16 years. With over 35 years’ experience in construction, Scott believes he will never stop striving to be better and learns more about the industry and expands his knowledge each day. From young apprentice to Managing Director, Scott’s trajectory has instilled values of quality and transparency above all.

SCHEDULING MANAGER

Caine Jinette

Starting as an apprentice under Scott in 2007, Caine has been with JS Build for almost 20 years. From starting on the tools, he is now specialising in Scheduling and Trade Management. Overlooking every step of the building process, Caines’s experience and knowledge ensures clients receive full transparency around the status of their project and a seamless timeline.

Sam Villis

With over 12 years working for JS Build, Sam’s extensive experience in carpentry and dedication to quality craftsmanship enables him to provide crucial guidance and reliability to clients on the ground during every step of the build. His friendly demeanour and commitment to excellence instils our clients with trust in the process and confidence in the outcome.

OFFICE MANAGER

Nicola Willsmore

Scott’s eldest daughter Nicola brings over 10 years’ experience as Office Manager for JS Build. From assisting with the quoting process and managing build budgets to issuing the final invoice, her dedication and organisational excellence can be observed through every stage of the process, ensuring accuracy and clarity at all times.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SELECTIONS CONSULTANT

Gemma Willsmore

With 8 years’ experience in Customer Service, Gemma brings service excellence to JS Build. Understanding the importance of clarity and communication, she ensures that clients feel secure and understanding in every step of the process. With 3 years’ experience in Kitchen Design, she also brings keen eye for design and guides clients through every selection from floor to ceiling with care and consideration.
