JS Build started in 1987 by Jim Willsmore as a small business in the Adelaide Hills that specialised in alterations and additions. The business was taken over by son Scott in 2004 and has seen exponential growth since then. We now offer much larger scale projects from extensions and renovations to full house builds. We pride ourselves for our personised service and collaborative relationships between builder and client, as well as our attention to detail in all tasks. JS Build always strives to deliver quality workmanship in a manner that is based on trust and transparency.

JS Build believes that the homeowners greatest need is information and we do our level best to deliver. The cost-plus system is an open-book process whereby all costings are delivered to the client on a “at cost basis”. Which means there is nothing to hide! No hidden margins, no secret clauses. Builder and owner share the same information which makes for a transparent and trustworthy relationship. JSBuild can tailor a build to suit the homeowner based on their circumstance.

Both quality and safety are paramount. All JSBuild staff are schooled in current day WHS standards and all work is done in accordance with BCA. Of most importance to the homeowner is the finished product. JSBuilld and our team of trades work closely together to ensure the best quality is achieved and that any grievance is treated with the utmost respect and importance it deserves.
