JS Build started in 1987 by Jim Willsmore as a small business in the Adelaide Hills that specialised in alterations and additions. The business was taken over by son Scott in 2004 and has seen exponential growth since then. We now offer much larger scale projects from extensions and renovations to full house builds. We pride ourselves for our personised service and collaborative relationships between builder and client, as well as our attention to detail in all tasks. Additions/Extensions
Sometimes a home just needs an extra “tweak” to make it suit the needs of the homeowner. JSBuild have a long history of altering and adding onto homes that meld into the existing house. Renovating can be stressful but we do everything in our power to make the building journey as easy as possible.
Project Management
Probably the most important part of any build! Having an understanding of whats happening when and by who is sometimes the difference between a good and bad experience. As part of the process with JS Build, whether it be a small job or a full house build, we will be with you every step of the way. We manage projects right from the planning stage & council approval, all the way through to the finished project. We will oversee our extended team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians and anyone and everyone in between to ensure that the client gets the highest quality of service in all areas.
